Most people are stuck. Every day we seem to just go through the motions, following our usual routine without ever stopping and thinking why we do what we do, or what we'd rather be doing instead. But sometimes, we have that one day - that perfect day - where everything just clicks. We feel great. We are unstoppable. And at the end of it, we think, "Why can't every day be like this?"

I liked a lot of concepts from the book and have already incorporated some into my daily life. So it's great that it was practical from that point of view.
The book is written and narrated with a lot of hype. I often felt I was listening to an informercial on tv. I think that doesn't quite suit the Australian culture though it might suit an American one. If they toned that down and just talked about the steps and why you should do them I think I would have enjoyed it more.
If you're looking at getting this I would suggest getting the paper back version instead.
"Makes Perfect Sense"
At first the idea of getting up early to get your important work done seems radical to someone who is a self-employed artist, but as I progressed through the book it made perfect sense. This arrives at a time when I am beginning a big project, so I think it will be very helpful.
Good content. Performance and writing style made it difficult to get through. Worth listening to, but a read would be better.
"short and simple life productivity"
if your looking for foundational life productivity this is your book. With tons of insight into how you can take back your life with 15min a day. wish the author made a PDF with the formula.
"Structure = Freedom"
I've never been satisfied working a job. I escaped the rat race and became self employed so that I could experience more freedom. I got to a point where I was making pretty good money working only 3 days per week... But those 4 days off caused me to become lazy and eventually I become a slave to myself...
This book has given me the insight I needed to get to the next level in business. I've uncovered a period of time that never existed for me before: the morning, and I've discovered the reality that if I want to further my success then I need to add structure to my life, which (counter-intuitively) adds freedom to my life as well.
Being an INTJ (Briggs-Myers personality test) this book has been perfect for me. However, I'm confident that just about any personality type would benefit from The Perfect Day Formula as well.
I enjoyed the book! the concept is good and I'm going to implement it into my daily life
"Worth Listening to Multiple Times "
Focusing on the content and lessons in this book are key to getting back on track. Highly recommend.
Started off a little slow, but became very informative and motivating. Highly recommend it for beginning and serious achievers!
"Great, Quick Listen! Well done, Craig."
Really great quick listen. The principles from within this book really help to get you aligned with what really matters in life. It asks you to define what you really want from life in a clear and concise matter. The 5 pillars of success Craig outlines and defines give you no excuse NOT to achieve, and create the exact blueprint you want for your life. Highly recommend I picking this one up (especially for the price...!)
"This book has given me great clarity"
I just listened to the perfect day formula for the second time in the past week and plan on studying and applying what it teaches.
It is given me a clear straight forward approach to take on and make the most out of each day thus allowing me to have a more fulfilling life.
I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to gain clarity on how to get more out of life and achieve their goals.
"Wish Craig would have narrated "
Great book, delivery was satisfactory. Lots of great information and a good structure to go by
