Interesting book..New weightloss strategy

I found this book very informative and somewhat inspirational. Theres plenty of repetitive content and much jargon thrown around, but overall it doesn't affect the message this book conveys. You can take something out of this book to improve on your daily eating habits and avoid certain types of food that you would have thought are good for you. i enjoyed chapters 13-16 the most

Void of substantiation

It makes me very uncomfortable to hear a computer scientist talk about biological phenomena and what I need to do to my body to feel constantly on the edge. There is no scientific substance to this book

Anecdotal nonsense

This book is a collection of maybes, possibles, not yet proved, and straight anecdotal rubbish. All cached under the premise that being a self appointed 'bio-hacker' means something and gives you some sort of authority.

EPIC book

This is the best book I have so far read. I haven't seen so overloaded and concentraded information on any other book. And the information and knowledge is unbelievable.

Fascinating food science

Regardless of whether you want to fill your diet with (grass fed) red meats and animal fats, or not, this book introduces a world of fascinating food facts and the links between food and your body. A great read that encourages you to go out and find more food science!

Wow just wow!

I've been a fan of Dave Asprey for a while and been listening to his Podcasts and yes, drinking Bulletproof coffee. I thought I knew a lot of about a healthy diet until I listened to his book twice - if you take your life and performance seriously do yourself a favour and use the tools that Dave provides in this book to take you to another level. Thanks Dave.

The most amazing book jam packed full of practical studies and relevant information anyone can apply to getting themselves healthier.
