"One of the most helpful books I've read/listen to"
21 Days to a new habit, I like this concept!
I have listened to the self-love challenge randomly over the last 2 weeks, but I noticed that the words sank in most deeply when I listened to a chapter upon waking. It would set the tone for the day making me genuinely want to take good care of myself.
In every chapter the author shares some knowledge on how to develop self-love and a little exercise to put the information in practice so you don't forget it minutes after you turn off the audio.
One of the most helpful books I've read/listened to so far, recommended!
When I was a teenager I suffered from a constant lack of self-esteem. I was unhappy with the way I looked, with the way I was dressed, unsatisfied with my social life... and now when I look back I realize how silly it was. True happiness comes when we unconditionally accept ourselves with all of our flaws. And this audiobook is a wonderful guide that helped me to develop a healthy relationship toward myself. It explains in an easy way how to accept and fall in love with YOURSELF! I highly recommend it! Try the 21-Day self-love challenge, you won't regret it.
"Absolutely loved it"
One of the only self-help books that has actually made a permanent shift in the choices I make in my day-to-day life and WHY I make them. I'm no longer so hard on myself, yet at the same time I'm living a healthier life, not because I have to, but because I want to. Highly recommended if you feel like your fighting against yourself!!
"I LOVE this book!"
I was attracted to this audiobook because the cover is not some cheesy picture of people with fake smiles. The cover and the title gave me enough curiosity to purchase it and I am sooo glad I did it. The book presents some interesting ideas and techniques how to slowly transform the way you look upon yourself. How to develop self-esteem, let go of negative self-talk and in the end, unconditionally fall in love with yourself. It is ideal to listen in the mornings upon waking, for 5-10 mins., and start your day with some positive thoughts.

I prefer audiobooks over reading and Amy has a pleasant voice to listen to as a narrator
Most days of the challenge gave me valuable insights into myself which has gradually shifted my perception and expectations towards "me". The concept of self-care really hit home for me, I never even considered it!
"Impressed with the book"
This audiobook offers valuable advice on how to let go of the things in life that restricts us on our quest toward happiness. I am just 5 days into the 21 Day Self-Love Challenge and I already see some improvements. I think more positively and my self-esteem is greater than ever. I am not a native English speaker and a good narration means everything to me. The narrator of this book did such a wonderful job, she is very pleasant to listen to and her voice even reminds me of a great teacher I had in my high school. I highly recommend this book to everyone!

I got several nuggets of steps and thoughts I should keep in the front of my mind. Write the steps down and then you can review them quickly for a focused day.

This is an excellent book with great information. This is one of the better books I have heard!
It usually takes about 21 days to set a new routine. So time to start now! This book will really help you on your way to loving yourself and finding the new you! I fully recommend checking out this book!
