I don't really understand how these type of products work but I've been listening to it everynight for the past couple of weeks and there is no doubt my focus and comprehensive which used to be quite poor has improved enormously. I strongly recommend this title.

So this is not my usual listen. I was having trouble sleeping and a ton of studying going on for school. So at 3am I said to myself why not, what could it possibly hurt. I have to say I have not slept so good in a long time. I wake and I'm not sleepy, I'm focus, and I stay focus all day! I would recommend this to anyone have trouble sleeping and focusing.

if you are just looking for something to help you fall asleep, these will eork. of v you're looking for change, these are worthless. some tracks are just an hour of music that then wakes you up! audible clearly has no quality control and is happy to sell junk. ratings are ax bviously b.s. 4 weeks of these is more than ample time to confirm these are all worthless
