This is the first sleep programming audio I have used, so I do not have much to compare to. However, in relation to audio programs in general, top 10 for sure.
His hypnotic voice helps the program to work successfully.
At the top!
Even after the first night, I already noticed subtle but easy changes in my behavior--I found myself just jumping into many activities I want/need to do that were more difficult to begin before listening t this program. I find his voice cadences soothing and easy to sleep to at a soft volume. I even enjoy listening to the program while I'm awake, when I am working on certain tasks that require sustained, quiet action.
Highly recommended! I should add that while listening to this program, I already really wanted to make changes in my behavior/organization/attitude, and so perhaps that is why it has worked so well and so quickly.
"Easy to listen to"
I've been listening to it every night for about a week, before I go to bed. Can't tell you if it works but I do know that I'm having good dreams and feel refreshed in the morning when I wake up. It appears to agree with my

Not sure, I would have to be really interested.
I just don't like this guys voice. It was weird the way he spoke.
I experienced seven different dreams, and at the end of each dream, I woke up. When I fell back to sleep, I entered another right away. The dreams where really weird, like I was on an acid trip or something!!! I didn't get any sleep, and I felt absolutely awful the next morning. I could not concentrate on anything, I was so out of it from the lack of sleep.
I read a lot of good reviews that led me to purchase this audio book.
From my experience however, I would have to say, this is not a "one size fits all" type of thing. My intentions are not to discourage anyone from trying the audio out, my experience was, my experience! . But, I would just say, keep an open mind, try it if it sounds interesting to you, but don't expect the same results as others. Our brains are wired very differently, what may have worked for one, may not work well for another.

The process of falling asleep was seamless and I woke up in a good mood!
I really like the repetitive messaging, but I found it difficult to fall asleep with the word bombardment. Really good if you make it part of a playlist with soothing sounds first to drop you into trance/sleep.
I only started listening. I really like it. Don't know yet if it works. I usually will play everyday for a month. He reinforces each message.
