Good stories that I could relate to. This is so much more than just another weight loss book!
I had low expectations for this book. I've read too many books, articles, etc about losing weight and I never implemented any of the advice. But this book was different. Erica explains why we over eat and how to change our eating habits. Her voice is so soothing. I'm going to listen to it a second time.
