This audiobook is about getting what you want by relaxing more.
More specifically, this audiobook will show you the necessity of relaxing in order to get what you want. The unusual recommendations we're about to go over are practical suggestions that you can start using immediately. Whatever you are looking for in life - whether it's more money, improved health, better relationships, more free time, a greater sense of well-being, or a fancier car - you'll often get it faster if you try less.
Obviously, this isn't the normal way we think about how to acquire what we want. Our first inclination is always to try harder if we deeply desire something. We think we must work hard, and put in a lot of effort, in order to make our desires come to fruition.
But the truth of the matter is that trying hard does not work well for most people. The majority of us who try hard to improve our lives still don't get what we really want. We want to get better things in our life, we try very hard to get them - and our best intentions still manage to get screwed up. I can't begin to tell you how many times I have tried hard and still managed to fail in reaching my goal. It's nothing to be embarrassed about; it's just the truth. Most of the time trying so hard really doesn't get us what we hope it will.
So here's a logical question: what would happen if we stopped trying so hard? What if there's an easier way to receive what we want in life? What if we allow ourselves, instead of trying hard, to relax with more consistency?
The surprising answer is that by relaxing more we can immediately start to feel wealthy within ourselves. And, from there, an even more stunning development occurs: our new sense of self-wealth miraculously starts to manifest itself in our outer world.

"Good Neville Goddard book"
Zipped right through this audio version in one sitting, a lot of good points. Not anything that I haven't heard before but it's a great reminder on thoughts to focus on during my journey...
"To the point"
I enjoyed this audiobook. Simple, yet inspiring keeping in the context of faith and our true power to manifest with our imagination.
"Good Info, Misleading Credit"
I purchased this book because I was looking for books by Neville Goddard. This book is NOT by Neville Goddard. It is by Tim Grimes, based on teachings of Neville. There is a small except from Neville but this book is perhaps intentionally mislabelled to increase its appeal.
The information is certainly useful but I was disappointed that only about 10% was Neville's actual words.
Great thing to think about that relaxing is ok and can actually help you. Yeh!
"Timeless Truths Told Simply"
Yes. Amazing insight into anxiety and fear. It's only an hour and it has so much useful information.
"Relax, relax, relax and relax some more!"
The first half got tiresome due to the repetition of the word "relax" to the point of irritation. Got the point. The second half had some good elements but it seemed to me that not all the dots were connected for the reader. Visualize it, feel it, believe it. But first relax.
I love this book! It has really helped me to let go of control and live in the knowing that all good things are mine when I allow them in! This book is one of my all time favorites! I never tire of listening to it! My one word of advice is: BELIEVE!!!
"just informative and superb delivery"
loved every bit of the material. wish more of such materials are made available regularly.
This book is giving me a new perspective of life and how we have more control of our destiny.
The complications of life are made by us. We do not relax enough to let our imagination bring about our desires.
Loved this book, as I have all Nevilles books that I have listened to. The information contained within makes most other self help books look 3rd class.
"read this "
basic, simple but excellent like all neville goddard books . will recommend . just relax and let your imagination do the rest
I don't think this material has anything to do with Neville Goddard's material. The book itself sounds like it doesn't even take itself seriously.
The narrator sounds like a salesman; very off-putting for a book aimed at self development.
Loved this! Highly recommend as this really is gold! A must buy indeed! It's short, but well worth it!
Great narration! Very nice book. I will definitely listen to it again. Neville Goddard ' s teachings are fantastic!
