"I felt as if, this book was written just for me."
I felt as if, Dr Crosby wrote this book just for me. I really connected with this book, and appreciate how he recognizes, PTSD can impact anyone's life after a traumatic experience. PTSD doesn't discriminate, and I felt validated by his findings. Most people still believe this disorder is a military or first responder condition. I am just a regular person, whose life was devastated, after being in an accident with a semi. I felt even more ashamed by the judgement of others, due to the lack of information on PTSD. I became very isolated. Thank you Dr. Crosby
