Terrible

Narrator is awful. It sounds like a robot I thought I could get through the 40 minutes but it’s really not worth it.

Nice and basic

Let's keep things simple and it's gonna be practical steps to help my wife reduce the symptoms of her condition. I'm sure that there are more in depth books out there but I feel that if we take the steps outlined in this book we will be well on our way to better health.
