"Don't buy if you want the book"
Ok, the speech was OK, albeit short. Thought I was buying the book and not a 45 min speech.
"It wasn't the book"
I guess I didn't read the small print, so it was my fault. I thought I was getting the audio book, but it was a half hour lecture. For the price, it was not worth it.
This book opened new ideas almost immediately for me. I wiil use them . the key words for this book would be 'accountability' and 'credibility'. glad I found the website
"Excellent book and this live performance is great"
A good resume of the book with a nice performance! Great stories and examples during the speech.
"A must hear!"
Keith is real, the passion in his presentation is infectious in understanding the power in sharing vulnerabilities. Every next step and every next person we meet can be a life changing moment.
I've listened to this 2x and given to to 2 business friends. I'm now well into the full version. Just wish Keith has narrated that also
"Engaging and Informative"
Well worth it, hope his book is just as good. What a fantastic speaker to learn from.
"It's audio from an event"
Very upset, it's the same as watching a video from youtube for 46 min about sales but no video.
Barely talked about the "never eat alone", I heard it a few times. It's a audio book, but an audio interview.
"Not an audiobook but a short talk"
i dont recommend buying this because it is not the audiobook of Never eat alone but a live launching of the book i think that was just recorded. so not worth even a dollar for it coz you can find this in youtube. bad purchase!
"Rip off- Thought I was buying the book"
Disappointing.. I thought, like many others I was buying the book.. not 45 minutes. WOW what a great marketing ploy...
"Thought it was the book"
No, because I thought it was the book and feel misled.
It was so short and not what I expected. If I had known it was a short speech, I would have just bought the book.
"Not what I thought I had bought"
This is marketed on Amazon as being the unabridged audio book of "Never Eat Alone". However, it is a 46 minute recording of one of Keith Ferrazzi's presentation. It is a very good presentation, but not what I thought I had bought. I wanted the unabridged audio version of Keith's book!
"Not what it says it is"
I was expecting the book, not a chat by Keith about himself. It is not Never Eat Alone unabridged
"This is not an audiobook"
Marketed on Amazon as being the unabridged audio book of "Never Eat Alone" but it is not. It is a recording of one of Keith Ferrazzi's presentation. I felt mislead as I wanted the unabridged audio version of Keith's book.
"This is just a review and not the full book"
I didn't realize this was just a review which is a little disappointing but it wasn't a bad listen.
"This is not the book advertised!"
this is just an interview, not a reading of the book and not worth the price tag.
"It is described as an audio book, but it is not"
I am really disappointed because I paid money for a full book, not for chapter 1 only! and nor for a short 46 minutes audio
This is NOT the audio book, but only a little part of it!
I consider this to be a robbery.
"The audible version is recorded from a seminar"
Yes the advice given are excellent but just to let the future buyers that this recording is taken from a seminar so you will hear some clapping and background noise. I was expecting a narrated version though.
"This is a talk, it's not the book"
It's a good talk by the author that summarises the book. He's a great speaker, but it could have been made more clear that this is a talk.
"A must read for entrepreneurs and indeed everyone."
I heard about this book while listening to one of my favourite podcasts (Design Guy) and decided to look for an audio version as I prefer listening to reading on the train. This is by far one of the best lessons I have ever learnt about business and dealing with clients (actually people in general). It is concise, straight to the point and laced with humour to keep this important message light and easy to assimilate.
I cannot recommend it enough.
"This is not unabridged"
I would consider if it was the full size book - about 80% of the original book is not here...
