Poor Audible navigation renders trying exercises a bot frustrating . Well written narrative however. I find other ties bu author very similar this is probably the best

Great explanation, examples and citations from real people, great practical approach, very compelling and persuasive. the first program to which I'm sticking for extending period of time.

A great approach to mindfulness for beginners and beginners mind seekers alike. I liked that listening to the audible version gave the opportunity to extend the guided meditations into the main narration.
