"I love the bonus quotes!"
The tips and the exercises about mindfulness is what I love on this book. It relieves me from stress and anxiety.
It is incomparable. The book is unique on its own. I have several mindfulness books but this is quite different.
When a good narrator is narrating the book it makes it perfectly clear.
I love the discussion about anxiety and mindfulness. It is very helpful for me in my line of job.
I am eager to share this to the whole family especially to my mom and husband. A stressful job deserve a great book to listen too plus the bonus quotes. They are worth it!
"An outstanding audio on mindfulness"
This was an excellent audiobook on mindfulness, and I am really glad that I purchased it. My life has recently become so hectic so I've been searching for something to help me at least slow down my mind (if I can't slow down the pace of my days), tap into the here and now, and relax a little bit. I listened to this book one hour on the way to work in the morning and one hour on the way home, and both my day at work and my night at home were more comfortable, so I"ll say the audiobook is doing it's job. Highly recommended!

Living life in the moment is the concept of mindfulness. You will see the world differently and live life to the fullest, once you practice some of the techniques in this audio. Very positive and usefull.

I've been doing quite a bit of studying on mindfulness over the past few weeks. I ran across this audio book that has 100+ tips, exercises, and resources and decided to give it a try. There are fantastic a quotes, easy to follow tips, and great overall advice and how to be more mindful and live a healthier lifestyle. I would recommend this audio book to anyone.

There were a lot of worthwhile and beneficial tips in the beginner’s tips list. There was a great deal of useful tips here and the mindfulness apps chapter held my interest the most. I highly recommend this book to everyone.

Absolutely. It's much more than meets the eye. It'll open a whole new world of possibilities and the amount of self relaxation with the appropriate techniques in mindfulness.
There was nothing wrong with the narrator's performance. Everything was on point.
Great audiobook if you're wanting to have better self awareness and well-being. It covers anxiety as well, which many people have and how to tackle this problem.
