Awesome!

Very clear and easy to understand. This book defiantly gave myself a better understanding to why meditation is good for everyone! Not to mention it’s only a 20minute read! It explains the different styles of meditation and the voice is very calm and sweet. I felt like I was meditating while listing to this book. I would gladly recommend everyone to read this book.
