Good introduction into hormonal issues

This book started off really great and I was so keen to read a book written by Julian as I have really enjoyed a number of her home workouts. The diet advice in this book is to eat clean real foods. She advocated for not eliminating whole food groups with the exception of all processed or refined foods. She definitely make a very well rounded case for this. I felt like the exercise program she suggested may be too intense for beginners or people with adrenal fatigue but still a good over all exercise program. This book was a good introduction to hormonal issues. However I dont think it was as extensive as I was hoping for and the introduction in my opinion definitely outshone the rest of the book.

Good content, well researched.

Would you try another book written by Mariska van Aalst and Jillian Michaels or narrated by uncredited?

Possibly. The content is solid and makes complex biochemistry easily understandable.

How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?

I find Jillian Michaels narration a little too rah rah boot camp excited, and I can't listen to it for too long. That's just me though, I bet others probably like it!

Did uncredited do a good job differentiating each of the characters? How?
