It's a good book.

The narrator is excellent. The book is good but it pretty much goes over what all of Albert Ellis's books do. It's a great book if you don't know anything about REBT but if you do then there's nothing new here.

What did I just listen to? 🤷‍♂️

If people need so much basic info in regards to dating, there is seriously something wrong with society.

Was expecting a bit more of a psychological element to it... but if this book improves your dating game, good luck to you ☺️
