Analyzing people at first glance is natural. We all do it, and there is no point in denying it. Through instinct and experience, some people are better in this process than others. This is also undeniable. However, science and research have made it possible to learn a few ways to make sure the analyses we make of the people we meet for the first time are not based only on instinct and experience but also on undeniable scientific facts.
How to Analyze People has the purpose of presenting those ways to the general public, to explain them and to point out the necessity of incorporating them into our way of sizing up people and drawing our conclusions about them. Many texts speak only about the ways of observing the eyes. Other texts refer to the body language or "nonverbal communication", as it has become to be known. A few more texts refer to how the pitch and intonation of a voice carries out the messages.
These are all gathered up in one audiobook so that the total sum of the observations that need to be made in order to make our analysis as correct as possible and draw a correct conclusion out of it is brought to common knowledge in the hopes of avoiding misunderstandings and unnecessary emotional outbreaks that may lead to unfortunate and regrettable actions - actions that are unbecoming to a modern and peaceful society.

The book is based on no empirical evidence. it is just ramblings of an unqualified person.
"Judge a person in first sight!"
Of course i would love to recommended this book to a friend. Because this book is a enriched collection of experience to analyze a person at the first sight. Be correct at the first impression is very important in many case of our life such as in Business or any other interaction with people. This may save my friends life from suicide or robbery.
"The Book is really Amazing"
The Book is really Amazing. It has opened my ideas about Analyze People on first Sight.Really a great details.
Yes, Excellent narration.
This is probably great for somebody new to body language material but for all others this contains material which is rehashed . Also it sprints through topics such as Micro expressions. Again stating eye movements with potential meaning and not pointing out a driving factor such as a person's hand preference that is are they left or right handed shows just how rushed this book is.
"Good stuff to know"
I short and to the point presentation of how to read people, a tangible skill necessary in my line of work
"book is bs, pure fiction"
I assumed the author would at least pen something backed in science but he lost me when he started categorizing personality by eye color. pure waste of my time and money
"Insight, not facts"
A lot of what is said is more opinion or generalization rather than fact. Nonetheless, good insight in 45min.
"Short, sweet and slightly dissapointing"
The book is good.....good not great, it contains decent information in regards to human behavior, unfortunately most of the info especially when talking about body language and the meaning it holds is obvious and well known facts. Furthermore there is a few instances where the author states a certain behavior as a studied fact but is either ignorant or purposely deceiving the reader of the true facts. Other than the aforementioned this is a good book for someone who is just starting to learn about human behavior or psychology.
"terribly written pseudoscience"
stopped listening after chapter 2. It's overpriced even ar $2. You'll want 5 minutes of your life back.
Given that we are living in an emotionally turbulent world, this book will help you tap into your subconscious mind and know how to deal with people and listen their body language, leading to better people skills.
