    "Short and Sweet"

    I've been listening to books instead of music at work lately. What I really appreciate about this one is that it gets straight to the point. I've noticed that in some of these longer audiobooks, I hear profound things, write them down and almost get lost in the rest of the story...or maybe lose interest and my mind starts to drift. I was able to easily follow this entire book. It suggests very specific behaviors that one should adopt in order to help better ones life. I wrote down the steps and plan to incorporate them into my life. I highly recommend this one.

    "Effective quick tips that are easy to implement. "

    The author does a great job summarizing a great set of very effective tools to make changes in one's life. Although I have come across similar tools in the past, the way they are presented here gave me many "light bulb" moments.

    I love that this audiobook was short, sweet, and to the point, minus the fluff. The author also provides great tips on how to "trick" the mind until it becomes natural to think like successful people. Awesome!

    "Perfect quick read that gets down to the root"

    I have read all the books and enjoyed that I could finish this in an hour and take away a lot. This book helps you through the bad days, the days that you truly dont feel like doing anything. Or the days that youve been in a rut and cant seem to continue motivating yourself to finish your goals. He truly gets into the psyche. The key is write his exercises, and perspective changing advice down then go over it so its fresh in your mind daily. I really enjoy material that doesnt have a lot of filler and advice that you can really wrap your head around to work on instantly.

    I'm not sure how much of a "story " there is here, so only a three star rating in that category. the book offers solid, specific actions based on science that can be implemented immediately to stop procrastinating right away as well as maintain motivation over the long run. Well worth the price.
