It won't download so I can't listen to it
Yes I love his books!
I would like it to download so I can listen to it!
Please advise how I can get it to download!
"A ridiculous price for a underwhelming 10 minutes. Phooey,"
Very disappointed in this . A waste of money. Compare to rod Watson and you find a huge difference.
"IT has no ending!"
If I can I will return it! While the grounding is OK it does not say when to stop. Really awkward
"wishing for more"
I was hoping for more than one exercise. this in itself is a wonderful exercise. Always love Dan Siegel's work!
"Very nice intro to mindfulness"
This is a wonderfully relaxing and I love how it fades to nothing. It's short but it's sweet. A nice one to have in your collection.
love this. this is really really awesome. I love love love this! I use it all the time.
I like the metaphor of the mind being an ocean and finding that calm deep within. I do not like how it just ends.
"great intro to mindfulness"
simple, gentle and clear
loved the way attention was introduced
length is perfect as a taste of mindfulness
"Excellent short meditation "
This is an excellent short meditation, especially for times when you feel agitated or out of focus. Be aware, though, that there's no sound, like a bell, to signal the ending. The recording ends with a period of silence, and it's up to you to decide how long to continue.
"Good, short practice."
This was a really short, calming meditation that helped me center myself a bit. Left me wanting more but will be really good when I need something brief to help me regain control of my emotions.
