I like the metaphor of the mind being an ocean and finding that calm deep within. I do not like how it just ends.

In other recorded meditations I've used, there's a sound at the end -- a bell or an announcement -- signaling that the meditation is over. This recording doesn't have that, and no voice comes on to say that Audible hopes you have enjoyed this recording. There's just silence. You have to set your own timer, or just stop when you're ready -- but don't wait for a sound ending the meditation, because there isn't any.
"Good, short practice."
This was a really short, calming meditation that helped me center myself a bit. Left me wanting more but will be really good when I need something brief to help me regain control of my emotions.
