My heart is blown
I’m 2/3 through this incredible book. Up to Choice to love meditation. This is so simple and powerful. Adyashantis words give permission to just allow and be. Every experience is as it is. I’ve spent nearly 6 years on purposeful self evolution and this is like hitting the mother lode for me. Timing is everything aye. So much gratitude 💗

Beautifully Simple
This book has become somewhat of a goto. Especially Chapter 20 where the pauses in between Adyashanti's voice are more powerful than the voice itself. If I am relaxed enough it sometime sends me into a meditation where I am not actually sure afterwards whether I have been meditating or asleep but I always come out feeling refreshed. The book is very easy to follow from Adyashanti's back story into meditation, followed by incrementally more 'challenging' meditations. Highly accessible and recommended for beginners.
