it was life changing and very informative. as a survivor of both emotional, verbal , and serial abuse, I am sad at what's been unveiling in my reality. but knowledge is power for the abused. this book is powerful for the survivor.
"left of center conclusions"
struggled to finish. Lots of good info, but concludes that we must not be tough with bullies lest we become bullies ourselves and make them even meaner
