This audiobook could best be described as a lab manual with simple experiments that prove reality is malleable, consciousness trumps matter, and you shape your life with your mind. Yes, you read that right. It says prove. The nine experiments, each of which can be conducted with absolutely no money and very little time expenditure, demonstrate that spiritual principles are as dependable as gravity, as consistent as Newton's laws of motion. Rather than take it on faith, E-Squared invites you to prove the following principles:

loved it. fantastic practical tips to get you into the spiritual vortex and believing you can have the life you want!!!
"Food for thought"
I enjoyed this book and the correlation with the spiritual part of life. I thought the experiments were a unique process for the readers. I confess trying a few with no result, though I'm a big believer.
One negative would be the author reading her own work. Need to have a professional narrate to add meaning.
"I was absolutely amazed!"
I have read it all, or so I thought. CWG started this process for me 15 years ago, Esther Hicks, Seth, ect. have all placed interesting perspectives to what my "gut" has been telling me was correct yet society has yet to acknowledge in the larger scheme of it.
I eagerly took on experiment 1 (love her humor and delivery) and believe it, or believe it, within 1 hour and 45 minutes I received a phone call advising me that I had won a an all expence paid cruise (minus tax, gambling, and gratuities)- Not a scam, as I have verified that one. I am thrilled to have put myself within this information and am very grateful to you Pam.. You are changing the lives and opinions of people and it is absolutely fantastic to have the sense of this type of freedom!
"Changed my life"
E squared was such an inspiring book. Pam puts things into perspective for the most skeptical readers. The experiments are easy to follow and 3 of my experiments manifested in one day. Imagine the possibilities! Highly recommend!
"Enjoyable overall, but the 'proof' was a bit shaky"
I am convinced that we create our reality and was so before reading this book. Pam Grout is an excellent writer, an enjoyable narrator and quite the humorist. The book was enjoyable. The experiments, however, didn't really work well for me. I didn't do all of them, but those I did do had zero or sketchy results. This is all perfectly fine with me. I still believe that we are attracting our reality 100 percent of the time. I do believe, however, that in order to manifest you need to feel consistent positive emotion around that which you are hoping for. Most of the experiments involved things I didn't really give a hoot about one way or another, so that may have affected my ability to pull them in. Also, giving a 48 hour timeline added, to me, an element of pressure for the universe to perform. A little anxiety in wondering if it would manifest in time to "count." So likely I was sabotaging the process a bit in my anxiousness (albeit slight.)
In any case, I still really enjoyed the book. Mostly due to the author's explanations of the concepts, as well as her good humor, but less enthused about the experiments.
"Positive Thinking, God and the Universe made easy"
An easy listen with easy to follow instructions.
Actually had to put it aside when my first exercise worked so impactfully and give it a think. Put the Bible's instructions to love and stay on the positive side of the world in thought and deed - in a whole new light.
Love this book. would give it 4.5 if I could.
"Reinforcing Especially if you're a student of ACIM"
An enlightened, back to basics romp
Lesson 101: Perfect Happiness ... Jon Mundy. High quality of the material.
Yes an extreme reaction, The simple straight forward approach to some crucial principles is as refreshing as it is enlightened.
Thanks Pam, Keep it up!
"Different than other law of attraction books"
Learned more from this book than the last 5 I've bought. Highly recommend! Not a boring section in the book.
If you are ready to receive and apply the concepts in this book it will truly be life changing for you! Wish I have had this information years ago. I am looking forward to the bountiful blessings coming my way. I highly recommend this book!
"This Was Fun!"
While I was listening to this book, I did all the exercises and positive things happened for me. One day as I was walking down the hallway at work, I FOUND a $50.00 bill. Coincidence or was it because I changed my focus and expected good things to happen? I don't know. But this was fun! I'm going to listen to it again!
Excellent. Highly recommend reading or listening. This is one to read and share, but keep to read again and again.
"Moving from reading to doing!"
I've read quite a few books on the Law of Attraction but none of them helped me to practice it in the way that these nine experiments did.
Because of this book, I've been able shift my energy from a needy position to 'abracadabra'. I've recommended this to friends all over the world.
"The next step after The Secret"
Yes, and I do, on about the fourth time around at present. Firstly, it's read at a gallop so I felt I hadn't quite grasped it in the first listen and secondly, it's a work in progress and it's good to go over it time and again so that I grasp it.
All of it was. Especially when you see your own results when doing the experiments. It's just so exciting!
Well, as great as she is I'm afraid I found her reading style difficult. She reads far too fast, I had to keep rewinding as I would miss what she said, not ideal when your driving.
No. I bought the book on Kindle with Whispersync. There is a lot to take in and I'm still listening. Fourth time around, but I don't mind as I really want to 'get it'.
Can't wait for E3 to be out on Kindle and Whisper Sync.
This is a short book that is based on the principles discussed in books like 'The Secret'. Essentially this is about attracting the things that you want into your life by calling on a higher power. This book goes a little further than others I have heard on attraction, as there are a number of time-limited experiments that you complete to prove your thoughts create reality.
I agree with the principles, particularly those on gratefulness and positive thinking, but the experiments did not work for me. Still waiting for my cashmere hat and scarf which I was suppose to be attracting and should have arrived by now! Christmas post maybe?
The narration in the book was good and held my attention. Although I originally brought this book thinking it was a business book, I was not disappointed when I found it was more of a spiritual book. Definitely thought-provoking and it is backed up with scientific explanations.
"A different experience to some other reviewers."
Having been disappointed with The Secret (too wishy-washy for me) I was a little reluctant to download E Squared especially after some criticism of the authors presentation. However the phrase 'practical and scientific experiments' finally persuaded me to read it.
It only goes to show that we are all different.
I found Pam Grout to have a delightful delivery and a droll sense of humour as she goes through the eight experiments. Her anecdotes reflect the anticipated outcomes one might expect and help to set a positive attitude to achieve success.
I set up experiment one at 9.30 this morning and at 5.30 this evening was given a surprise gift! Result! Tomorrow I will start experiment two... Can't wait.
"The narration was poor"
Definitely not. The narration is a major part of the experience. When I tried the sample before buying, I knew it might be a test to listen to 3+ hours. I purchased the book because I thought I would enjoy the material. I managed about 15 minutes. The high pitched voice and poor diction completely interfered with my ability to make any use of the content.
No. I would encourage all authors to choose professional narrators. I often look for other books by the same narrator.
Walter Dixon, Lloyd James, Hal Urban
It may have... I just couldn't listen long enough to find them.
"Love this book"
Ive listened and read a lot of self help / LOA books. I would highly recommend this book. Content great & love Pams humour which adds to the entertainment :)
"Fresh take on solid practice"
Really enjoyed this light hearted but still impactful audio book. A modern way to embrace the LOA priciples with some nice anecdotal touches about real people. Anyone who has had a passing interest with any previous Law of Attraction writers and proponents, but may yet not have fully embraced its potential, would likely enjoy the author's approach and prove to themselves that sometimes a change in the way you think changes everything else in your life... Give it a try... what you got to lose?
"Experiments for living abundantly"
Pam makes clear just how simple it is to believe that the "universe has my back".
She's entertaining to listen to and the suggested experiments are easy to follow with mind-blowing results. Thanks Pam
Really recommend it .It is very easy to listen and it presents us to universal laws which everyone should know to secure happy and fulfilling life.
Excellent book. Really thorough and well explained. I'll be looking out for more of Pam Grout's works.
