"Wealth of knowledge about our metabolic process."
the title of this book was not well thought out. Having the word diet in it cheapens the message. this is a nutritional program for life. thank you for the knowledge.
"Diet on audiobook"
As a diabetic, this is a good diet for me. I think that audio is a good way to take in a diet book. Just sit and listen, easier even when you don't really want to.
"Good diet book"
The pounds just melt off. But if you don't stay on the diet they do come back. The diet is hard to do. It's based mostly on fats and protein. In two months it's reasonable to expect twenty pounds. Alot of it is water weight. I would recommend it for people trying to get back in shape. But only for about three months at a time.
