the narrator's voice is pleasant and relaxing. I'm not sure of the content because I fell asleep so auickly! the other track w natural sounds is nice too. a very relaxing and pleasant listen.
"Effective at Getting You to Sleep Fast"
I found this hypnosis to be very effective at getting me to fall asleep quickly. I normally toss and turn for at least an hour before finally checking out for the night - but I was able to bypass this usual cycle while listening to this audiobook. I don't know if I'd say I was "hypnotized" in the traditional use of the word, but I certainly felt more relaxed and was able to get to sleep before the end of the hypnosis session. Thus, I found it beneficial and will be trying it again when I have trouble falling asleep.
"Works for me"
I have a few different hypnosis books on tape. I listen to them when I'm on active duty training orders or other times when I know I won't be able to get a full 8 hours of sleep but need to be rested and alert the next day. Listening to this book makes 4 to 5 hours feel like 9 or 10. I don't understand why it works, but it does. Certainly worth a try if you're looking to try to improve your sleep quality, especially if you have any available audible credits.

I suffer from insomnia and non restorative sleep but this audio book sends me into a deep peaceful sleep night after night. Highly recommend.
It's good to listen to in order to wind down at bedtime, I'm sceptical as to how good it is in any other way. The narrator can be a little distracting when you're trying to drift off to sleep.
My sleep pattern was disrupted due to stress. It restored my sleep pattern & now I can sleep easily without it.

perfect work's every time I fall asleep within 5 mins and i sleep very well throughout the recording but if I do wake up because of my pain from my disability's i just restart it from the beginning and it's perfect once again.
Fantastic put this on at bed time sends right off to sleep. The good thing about this one is your not awakens by the different tone in voice or high pitched or moments of quietness then goes loads that I've found some sleep meditations to be. I can't remember what happens after I falls sleep but if I'm ever half awake I think it's some for of music after the initial talking to sleep and find it easier and easier to drift off the more I listen. Highly recommended from someone who is always looking for a new sleep meditation
"More snooze than slumber"
The hypnosis script and background sounds/music are beautiful but the narration is choppy and not relaxing at all. At the end, when you've finally been lulled to sleep, the narrator comes back at booming volume to do the credits and startles you awake again. This recording is more suitable for an afternoon snooze.
