I highly recommend this excellent CBT course
Thank you! I thought it was fantastic. I am currently a psych student and this has proven to be a valuable additional resource to my studies. It puts CBT in a practical application nutshell. I will be recommending it to fellow students. My only criticism would be that even though it shared many recommended resources by naming them where relevant, it would have been handy to get them all listed at the end of the course.

A must listen for those with depression or anxiety
These lectures are well structured and easy to listen to. They contain great tools and information about CBT and how it can help anxiety, depression, addiction and other things people struggle with. I really enjoy the recording from therapy sessions with real people to show the application of the skills. There is also lots of references to other sources that you can go to for more information.
If you have anxiety and or depression and don't know what to do or where to go you should listen to this.

A bit dull, and slow reading, but interesting info
Not what I expected but interesting nonetheless. Useful information for anyone suffering mental illness or stress or in their life and anyone who is struggling. Also useful for students and professionals trying to get into psychology/therapy fields. A little dull at times, but there's some good stuff in there too.

Evidence-Based, Actionable and Well-Delivered information.
While this ‘book’ was quite lengthy for the information presented, it was full of actionable, strong information to do with CBT. Even those with a background in Psychology or knowledge of CBT skills should learn something useful. The presenter was well-spoken and appeared to be very knowledgeable in the area.
I will re-listen to this ‘book’ plenty in the future, I’m sure, and would recommend it to others.

Narration Fail
The narrator was a bit fast in communicating and wasnt very good at engaging his audience, there were parts that was very interesting to listen to although i think majority of the people will have a short attention span for a narration like this.
