A book to keep listening from time to time...
no, i needed time to absorve the idea, so I was listening a bit everyday
The book is a revelation and brings together many aspects of spirituality ie mind and consciousness with science eg quantum science. Its is a long book and the downloadable PDF is appreciated. The only lacking part is the 'how to" ie the mediations are not in the book. You need to purchase these separately. The issue is not the money moreso the hassle of trying to find and download and convert and audio format. This is a key concern for me because anyone that truly wanted to make change would make that part so easy to access.

There's few books that come along and grab your heart & completely alter the way you think & consider life. This is one of those books. Your going to want to skip back 30 seconds every 30 seconds. Tons of gems, & this is one I'll keep listening to month after month.

I'm not all the way through yet. It's interesting, but annoying when he says to refer to Figure so-and-so and I don't have it. Would it be so hard to make an accompanying PDF file with the figures he says to refer to?

I am a long time meditator, LOA student and spiritual seeker. I found myself in need of something to elevate my life. Reading this book gave me both clarity and implementation steps to experience a change quickly. I enjoyed the sample meditation and other tools provided to inspire lasting change.
I would recommend this book to Deepak Chopra fans, as Deepak took me along these lines many moons ago and I feel Joe can take me further.

I have bought so many books on self improvement and most have been interesting and informative and some have actually hit me with a change I wasn't expecting.
I have listened to talks on youtube by Dr Dispenza and been riveted by his knowledge of the brain and it's functions, but it went no further than that. They say when the pupil is ready the teacher comes!! Wow, I was enthralled from the beginning to the end, so much of every I have inwardly inching towards, laid out for me to understand, eloquently and succinctly framed in such a that it flows.

I really enjoyed this book it made me look at life in a way i am nut used to and that was a very positive thing
I couldn't listen to any more after working out that his basic premise was that the observer effect within Quantum mechanics lets you "effect things with your thought". - As Richard Feynman put it: "Nature does not know what you are looking at, and she behaves the way she is going to behave whether you bother to take down the data or not." - quote from the wikipedia page.
It may well be that some of the meditation practices work just fine, but if you're going to spend a good few chapters telling me that I need to understand the Quantum physics of my brain, to then go and get it wrong when you explain it to me, I'm not going to listen to the rest of the book.
