Highly recommended practical workbook for targets

I highly recommend this book to anyone who has ever been targeted or has the potential to be targeted by a workplace bully. Also to colleagues/friends of targets. This book explains types of bullies, types of targets, and how to recognise and respond appropriately to attacks. I wish I had this year's ago. But at least I feel more prepared for future bullying. I have ordered a paper copy to lend to friends and kindle version so I can read again.
