Not specific enough for Cattle Dog breed

The book appears to be part of a series on the Dog Behaviour of numerous breeds. The narrator repeatedly starts a sentence with the words "Your Australian Cattle Dog" which can be substituted by any other breed when they are describing the general traits of dogs or dog behaviour. This was validated when in one sentence the narrator says "Your Staffordshire Terrior" instead of "Your Australian Cattle Dog". Thus the narration has no flow and has a clinical sound.

this book has some good points but basic

If you are totally new to dog owning this might be for you, however the book is poorly edited with incorrect grammar and tends to repeat its self.
