After seeing his wife's health deteriorate, Dr. Jay Davidson went on a search for the answers her doctors just could not find. His research led him to the techniques that he now employs in his five-step plan. Not only did his wife's health rebound, but Dr. Davidson personally began following this plan as well. Even though he was relatively healthy, he saw great results. This showed him that anyone could benefit from his plan.
After hundreds of his patients achieved their wellness goals using his techniques, he knew he had to share them with a larger audience. Of the success that he has seen in his clients as they incorporate his protocol into their treatment plans, Dr. Jay Davidson said, "The message is simple: No matter what your past is like or what current circumstances are, there is hope. You can make a massive transformation in your life for the better."
His 5 Steps to Restoring Health Protocol is simple: (1) identify the problems, (2) drain the junk from your body, (3) eliminate pathogens, (4) rebuild your body's tissues and pathways, and (5) remove the heavy metals, biotoxins, and persistent organic pollutants (POPs) that have ravaged your system.

I am a health coach and read every book I can relating to health and wellness. This is by far one of the best books I have read. It is very detailed, easy to follow with great resources to accompany it.
I highly recommend this book for anyone looking to improve theirs or someone else's health.
"If I had any idea this was going to be a religious"
If I had any idea this book was going to be one big long "god" promotion I would have passed and bought one of the numerous other books on adrenal fatigue. I bought this book purely on the reviews. All the reviews on Amazon were good - I am assuming these had to be paid or by friends and family. I think I had to hear god talk about 100 times in the first hour of listening. It's was really disappointing. I thought I was going to be persuaded to be saved by Jesus by the end.
I just wanted the protocol, not his delusions about what he thinks it meant to him spiritually, or what god thinks it means -- it's not even relevant. Not everybody needs a sermon! What a waste of time and quite frankly discredits whatever actual information is in the book.
Eliminate 99% of this babble about god and spirituality.
I want a refund.
