Not bad

I enjoyed this book though I found there was just a bit too much gratuitous sex. The story line was good and loved the reader.
I did like the fact that this book ties in well with the previous in the series.

The soldier, a beautiful neighbour and an adorable, precocious child

A sweet story of a couple overcoming their own personal pain and demons to finding love. James Langton’s reading of it was superb, a highlight. The conversation between St. Just and the precocious and adorable Winnie in the first chapter and throughout the story was priceless.

TSTL heroine

Infuriating drama queen heroine does her best to ruin the lives of a good man and a child. Oh, and she doesn't do the local vicar much good either. It's a shame, because all the other characters and their interactions are strong so it seems incredible that the author had to throw this deceitful dimwit into the mix.
