Publisher's Summary

Loving in fast forward....

Love on the fast track has been the definition of Harper and Deacon McCoy's relationship. In between studio sessions with Deacon's band, Oblivion, and building a new clientele for Harper's catering business, the newlyweds haven't had time to sleep, let alone have a honeymoon.

Deacon convinces Harper that they need a week alone together before her business, as well as a new album and tour, swallows them whole. Since Texas has always held special meaning for them, they head to Galveston to recharge and remember what it's like to just be a couple.

A beachfront cottage, hours of alone time, and plenty of skin on skin action is just what the rock star ordered - Until the future once again comes much quicker than they expected, threatening to crumble not only their perfect honeymoon but also their brand new marriage.

    "Great addition!"

This shorter audiobook was a continuation of Harper and Deacon's live story and was really sweet and entertaining. You must read or listen to book #1 to get this book and understand it. Great narration as always by the two loved narrators!

    "Rock Rattle& ROLL"

Whirlwind. Great story, and narration. Kudos for touching on some very volitul opinions. Most authors would not have had the nerves to write about. Looking forward to the next book.

    "What would you do???"
Would you consider the audio edition of Rock, Rattle and Roll to be better than the print version?

As I have yet to read the actual print version of this book, I'm unable to honestly answer this question, I will say I love what Kai & Wen bring to the listening experience.

Who was your favorite character and why?

This is such a hard question to answer, it's like asking a parent who their favourite child is.... I do LOVE Deacan, Harper, Jazz... please don't ask why.

What about Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross ’s performance did you like?

What don't Kai & Wen bring to the performance?? I'm ADDICTED to their narractions!!

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The scene by the pier, in the dead of night, when the secret/ new is finally discussed, then the next few scenes after. Such a rollercoaster of emotions!!

    Any additional comments?

I loved everything about this book, from the thought put in by the authors Taryn & Cari, to the performance of Kai & Wen, which made the job of listening more enjoyable. I CAN'T (wish I could underline words on here) WAIT to listen to the next book in the series.

    "Love Deacon & Harper"

I loved listening to the next chapter in Deacon and Harper's story. The narrators did a great job portraying these two characters and brought them to life for me.

    "Hot"
If you could sum up Rock, Rattle and Roll in three words, what would they be?

Holy crap just when I thought it couldn't get any better. It's even hotter listening to the story come alive.

What did you like best about this story?

Narrators made me feel like I was in the room. Even had me blushing a few times

Have you listened to any of Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross ’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

I love all Kai and Wen's books. They just keep getting better and better

    "A fun visit"
If you could sum up Rock, Rattle and Roll in three words, what would they be?

    I called it!

What did you like best about this story?

It was nice visiting with Deacon and Harper again. It's fun to see where they are and how they are handling life together.

Which character – as performed by Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross – was your favorite?

Deacon nails it in this book. I mean, he's amazing in the first, but he really shows his caring self in this one.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

    Rocked in Oblivion

    Any additional comments?

Just when you think you can't get any more of Deacon McCoy, here he is again.

This picks up where Rocked ended and I won't get into details in case you haven't read it, but just know that this is the little piece of cake you were missing when the first book ended. If you're anything like me, you wanted just a little bit more to see how everything plays out for Harper and Deacon.

I listened to this one. I've made it my mission to listen to as much Kai and Wen as humanly possible. At this rate, I'm not sure if I'll ever catch up, but I will try!

I thank those two for bringing Deacon and Harper and the band of Oblivion to life. They've done a spectacular job. Again.

    "Great Book"
If you could sum up Rock, Rattle and Roll in three words, what would they be?

    Sexy, Angst and Love

What does Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

I love that Kai and Wen bring life to the characters.

    Any additional comments?

Rock, Rattle and Roll by Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott was another great read. This is book 1.5 in the Lost in Oblivion series. I loved reading more of Deacon and Harper's story. This book picked up after their wedding and follows them on their honeymoon. This was a great book and I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

    "I Want One"

I love this series and this book. I want a Deacon of my own. I'd just like to sit and look at him a while. Great character development with strong females. The narration is excellent. I enjoyed the changing male female perspectives, the music and Wen Ross beautiful voice. His voice is part of Deacon's charm. I'm on to the next book and feel an all nighter coming on.
