Given the way love turned her heart in the New York Times best-selling To All The Boys I've Loved Before, which SLJ called a "lovely, lighthearted romance", it's no surprise that Lara Jean still has letters to write.
Lara Jean didn't expect to really fall for Peter. She and Peter were just pretending. Except suddenly they weren't. Now Lara Jean is more confused than ever. When another boy from her past returns to her life, Lara Jean's feelings for him return too. Can a girl be in love with two boys at once?
In this charming and heartfelt sequel to the New York Times best-seller To All the Boys I've Loved Before, we see first love through the eyes of the unforgettable Lara Jean. Love is never easy, but maybe that's part of what makes it so amazing.

"Truly heart warming and brings out all the feels!"
Love the story and the narration!!! I read it twice now and I still want to read it again! Can't wait for the third book!
The narration was wonderful. The story was beautiful and I'll probably listen to this again and again and again ❤️
"Not bad at all"

"Easy, Breezy, and a little bit Cheesy..."
I loved the fact that this book was an easy read, but also had unique twists and turns. There are many parts of the story, where you get frustrated and want to roll your eyes at the main character (Lara Jean) for being basic and shallow. For someone who's supposed to be as smart as she is, she comes off as probably the most shallow of characters. She does show some growth (albeit may not be in maturity) in this book-- where she's open to trying new experiences. The least thing I like about this book, is how Lara Jean is pretty self-involved. She becomes obsessed with guys, and surrounds herself with "friends" who are nothing like her, and with whom she has nothing in common. It's a little unbelievable, in that sense. Sure- there are a few friends who may be your polar opposite, but not EVERY friend...
I would've made Lara Jean less self-absorbed, and had her actually try new things in correlation to her growth, instead of her just riding the coattails of the "friends" in her life. I also could've used a little more "Love Triangle" drama between Lara Jean, Peter & John Ambrose McClaren.. McClaren comes a little too late in the story- and I think they could've spent more time incorporating him, rather than some of the "filler" details. I'd also like to see more of a resolution with Genevieve. Gen kind of runs the show from behind the scenes, and isn't held accountable in the end...
Lara Jean. She really didn't have much variation between characters.
No- It's not that kind of book. It's the kind of book that you read when you need to escape a busy life, and want to revisit simpler times. It's definitely the kind of book you'd read in a lounger on the beach or relaxing on a rainy day.
I loved it, I couldn't stop listening to it. such a romantic story. It doesn't disappoint.
****THIS IS A SPOILER****
Did anyone really want her to end up using her wish to clear things with Genevieve? Peter was already going to give her whatever she wanted... It would have been amazing and very "girl's girl" of her to stop this catty girl fight between them.
I liked the book just I wish the characters had different people reading them like if the character is a male then there should be a male reading and other voices for the other characters instead of just a female voice. But all in all great book 👍🏻☺️👌
I listen to both in less than 2 days! I'm not a reader, but I do love teen cuddly romance. I like to pretend I'm in that situation what I would do differently and the same, anyway I Love This Book! I would totally recommend this, there are some inappropriate things, but I personally thought it wasn't that overboard with the words!
"This book made rush hour traffic worth it"
I have two hours of traffic to get through a day which Normally makes me want to tear my hair out but I didn't mind it while I was listening to this book. That is such a gift. I'm sad it's over. Also I listen to tons of audio books and this narrator is one of the best out there!
