In this enchanting novel set at Cedar Cove's cozy Rose Harbor Inn, number-one New York Times best-selling author Debbie Macomber celebrates the power of love - and a well-timed love letter - to inspire hope and mend a broken heart.
Summer is a busy season at the inn, so proprietor Jo Marie Rose and handyman Mark Taylor have spent a lot of time together keeping the property running. Despite some folks' good-natured claims to the contrary, Jo Marie insists that Mark is only a friend. However, she seems to be thinking about this particular friend a great deal lately. Jo Marie knows surprisingly little about Mark's life, due in no small part to his refusal to discuss it. She's determined to learn more about his past, but first she must face her own - and welcome three visitors who, like her, are setting out on new paths.
Twenty-three-year-old Ellie Reynolds is taking a leap of faith. She's come to Cedar Cove to meet Tom, a man she's been corresponding with for months, and with whom she might even be falling in love. Ellie's overprotective mother disapproves of her trip, but Ellie is determined to spread her wings.
Maggie and Roy Porter are next to arrive at the inn. They are taking their first vacation alone since their children were born. In the wake of past mistakes, they hope to rekindle the spark in their marriage - and to win back each other's trust. But Maggie must make one last confession that could forever tear them apart.
For each of these characters, it will ultimately be a moment when someone wore their heart on their sleeve - and took pen to paper - that makes all the difference. Debbie Macomber's moving novel reveals the courage it takes to be vulnerable, accepting, and open to love.

"I love this Series!!!"
I love how she captures everyone emotions and feelings in each character, to make you understand both sides of the story.
She always does a great job!!
Yes, it was perfect
I'm so excited, it looks as though Hallmark TV will hosting these series.
Debbie Macomber has done it again with this series. I can't wait for the next book.
"Enjoyable, sweet story...can't wait for the next"
loved it. Debbie Macomber has a way of telling stories that I crave more! I can't wait for book number four!
Love Debbie, her style, and everything about this series . Lorelei is a great narrator as well and have several of her books. I can't wait to read and listen to the next....
"3rd book in Rose Harbor series is worth the wait!"
Yes. I mostly listen to mystery novels, but I need a distraction some time. I have enjoyed many of Debbie Macomber's series over the years and the Rose Harbor Novels are no exception. I love the building and intertwining of the characters. The novels always end with a question of what will become of an ongoing relationship. I can't wait for #4!
My favorite character isn't a person, it's The Rose Harbor Inn itself. I enjoy watching the Inn become a special place where unexpected LOVE flourishes. Each novel has brought new additions to the Inn, in structure and in romance. I wish I could loose myself in a real Rose Harbor Inn!
My favorite character would definitely be Jo Lynn. As the innkeeper of the Rose Harbor Inn, Jo Lynn keeps everything in order, except her true feelings for Handyman Mark. Maybe Novel #4 will clear this up (I hope).
FALL IN LOVE AT THE ROSE HARBOR INN
Please pass along to the author Debbie Macomber that her fans are "patiently" waiting for Novel #4!!
I love this series. I want to know what happens next. Is there another in the series
I love Debbie Macomber in particular I am engrossed in the Rose Harbor series I love Joe Marie and the bed-and-breakfast Rose Harbor Inn I can't wait for each new book but then I will be upset when the series is over I go through them too fast. Thank you Debbie😘👍
I have read almost all of Debbie's books but I must admit this one was disappointing. There were way too many angry characters in the story. I listen to the stories on audible and it was almost stressful to listen to. I realize conflict is necessary in a story but just felt like everyone was just plain angry. Normally I'm sad to see a story end and I hope the characters come up in future book so that I can hear how they're doing. That will not be the case with this one. Though I love most of Debbie's work this one was not very enjoyable for me.
These are fun weekend read books. Lorelei King does a great job (as usual) narrating this series!
Debbie always sucks you in in theses series, she did it again with this one.
