It's Valentine's Day, but Macy Rodgers isn't feeling the love. Aside from a torrid, one-night fling in a backseat a few months back, her love life has been sorely lacking, but fortunately she has devious friends who feel like playing Cupid. Wouldn't they be shocked to learn that the match they've made for her is the same one that steamed up the back of that '69 GTO....
Seth "Ghost" Warren has just returned to town after an extended absence. Between his grandmother's failing health, his job as a tattoo artist, his band's gigs, and a crazy ex that won't leave him alone, he's stretched thin. Cautious cowgirl Macy is the last thing he needs thrown into the mix. She's all country, he's all heavy metal - and Macy knows that if anyone can propel her out of her rut, it's Seth. But when their worlds collide, it's anyone's guess if they'll survive with their hearts intact.

"Lynn's third Ross Siblings novel is a blazing-hot success that blends touching romance with sinful sensuality." (RT Book Reviews)

"Sexy, Steamy and oh so sweet..."
This story contained an excellent pairing of characters. Ms. Lynn has a definite ability to show the best and the worst of her characters while allowing them to grow together as a couple. Macy and Ghost should have never been together. But, a few common experiences, physical scars and crazy exes, allow them to cling to each other in a way that strengthened their relationship. This was definitely a sexy and steamy story. The banter was pure gold, the story was sweet, the sex was scorching HOT HOT HOT and the characters were lovable. This story's characters kept it engaging. My only reason for the slight drop in rating, was the trite conflict that became anticlimatic. It felt too rushed for such a well written book. Other than that, I loved everything about this story! Warning: Contains explicit sex, graphic language, road trips, troublemaking exes, emotional baggage, and an unconventional but exceptionally hot hero tatted and pierced for your pleasure.
"New narrator needed"
Story was okay, but the narrator doesn't speak the male voices very well. In fact, she is pretty terrible at them.
"Ohhhh Seth... Swoon"
Ummmm I think I may leave my husband for this fictional character!!! Seth. Ohh Seth. Not only is he incredibly hawt and sexy he is hilarious and raw!! I feel like I need to dedicate a page and call it "Shit Seth Says".
When asked how "big" he was. His response:
"Big enough that I should tie a bow around it and attach a little card that says "To Macy. You're welcome. Love, Seth""
""You've be fucked before, huh?" He asked angling her so that his piercing slid over her G-Spot when he entered. "By the time I'm done, you'll have reassessed your definition""
"Macy, queen of my universe, I beseechingly request you place your sweetest lips upon my manhood and make it your lollipop"
"You are the best I've ever had. If all we do from now on is straight missionary sex at eight p.m. on Tuesday nights of months that start with J, you'll still be the best I've ever had"
Cherri Lynn. You are a fantastic writer and I am a huge fan!! Thanks for making these awesome tatted, pierced gods so real and a big part of my world.
"Love the series, this however is my favorite"
Good character development, entertaining storyline and a hot guy . The narration Is excellent and an assett to the story.
"Couldn't listen to the audio, it was so bad."
No. I didn't like the audio edition. In fact, I couldn't listen to the sound of Ghosts' voice, It was horrible and I had to turn off the audio it was so bad. He sounded like a thug from New York. Terrible.
Her voice was horrible. Especially the way she portrayed Ghost.
Sexy, suspensful, and emotional.
I like Alix Dale and think she does a great job! However, I like her performance in Rock Me by Cherrie Lynn better.
Definitely worth the credit!
