At the powerhouse law firm of Knight & Payne, winning comes first and ethics a distant second. Leary Michaels uses her female charms to daze opponents, and it's always worked well - until now. On her most personal case yet, she finds herself going up against a defense attorney just as skilled, shameless, and seductive as she is.
Reeve Holloway has never met a woman as sure of her own sexuality, or as ruthless in wielding it, as Leary is. But he won't be toyed with. What Leary starts, he'll finish - in the courtroom, the bedroom, or any-damn-place he wants. The sex is uninhibited, electrifying, and absolutely against the rules. Reeve's job is to ruin Leary's case...even if it destroys her in the process and costs him the woman he's come to love.

Couldn't get into this one. Female narrator was slightly annoying but the story itself didn't grab me. Didn't even get up to Sebastian York.
I've read the cold fury series by Sawyer Bennett and quite liked them as an easy read but his one just isn't for me. I'll still read other books by her though.
"Loved every minute!"
This is a brilliantly written roller coaster ride! I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it. I tried a few different books and was so bored after mere moments I couldn't bare to listen to anymore, until Friction. The narrators are superb.
I love that the book included gripping drama, intelligent dialogue, intrigue and the characters were deep and emotionally complex. Finally the sex, oh my...if you have issues with a lagging libido, after this page turner it will not be an issue anymore! The main male character is a good guy all along and finally decides to let it show after realizing he will lose his true love unless he changes.
I highly recommend this book, Sawyer Bennett knocked it out of the park!
"Loved this Book!!!"
Almost didn't get this book because of a bad review i read. Glad I went with my gut. Great storyline about a lady lawyer who knows what she wants and doesn't let anything stand in her way. the man she goes after is incredibly alpha and doesn't take long to figure out he has met his match. hot, steamy love erupts, but book never loses the storyline. was really well written and the narrators were spot on. loved the duel narration. made for many a dreamy nights. very credit worthy or even a buy.
What a great surprise. Lived up to my high expectations. Very enjoyable and strong story. Had me engrossed. Will try more Sawyer Bennett titles.
"Very Good Listen"
Sebastian York is one of my favvvvv narrators so he made it even better. It was a bit predictable but was still a good listen. worth the credit.
I love Sawyer Bennett ! This is the 3 book I have read/listen to , love it!!
"SB is awesome as always"
you can't go wrong with Sawyer Bennett
every book is just as good or better than the last and Friction is no exception
This is the first story I listened to by sawyer Bennett. I really enjoyed it. Well written, great storyline and absolutely entertaining.
Narration was great. York and Taylor were great and kept it on track.
I really enjoyed this book.
Enjoyed the storyline. As always narrator Sebastian York is great and enjoyed Kendall Taylor's performance as well.
Lovely story and great narration from Sebastian York as always! I enjoyed the story and tote steamy parts :)
It's took me forever to listen to this book. I wish I didn't wait so long! This book was awesome! The dialogue, storyline & narrator's were both amazing!
I wish I didn't let negative comments hold me back!
I should I have just listened because of Sebastian anyway
Really enjoyed the story and truthfully I'd listen to anything read by Mr York as he can use his voice in so many ways but although the tone and sound of Kendall Taylor's voice is really pleasant her pronunciation of any word ending in 'ing' drives me insane - correctly spoken English does NOT pronounce the 'g' as a 'guh' sound no matter how slight - every damn word - going, moving, coming, saying, doing, eating etc that SILENT g is stressed slightly by Ms Taylor and I found it intensely annoying. In Britain some accents do that too but it is considered to be poorly spoken English. The storyline was fast paced and the characters believable - I'm hoping there is a story for Ford out there.....
