Seth Marc is back and training harder than ever before to redeem his loss to Don Russell. Tensions are high but stakes are higher as MMAC founder, Matt Somers, forces Seth and Don to train under the same roof. Though Matt Somers believes it's only good fun to provoke the two for publicity, he doesn't realize just how serious the situation is.
With Olivia by his side, Seth Marc pushes himself to his limits and struggles to keep opponent, Don Russell, out of his head as they fight it out one last time.

The story was ok, but the narrator change was terrible. She didn't attempt to do different voices, so I found myself pressing rewind. This almost killed the story for me.
"Had the first been like this I would have stopped"
First, narration was TERRIBLE, the narrator was changed for this book and it was not good. I will not be listening to anything by her again.
The continuation of Seth and Olivia's story brings us back to a time when Olivia is a ditz and Seth is a jerk. There are things in this book that Seth does and says that can't be taken back and shouldn't be forgiven so quickly. I loved this series, this book was not up to par with this great couple. Jackson and Selena are completely insane and I have no interest in reading their book.
"Worst Narration EVER"
The story was absolutely ruined by the narration of Madeleine Bundy. This is one I wish I would have read myself. Monotone, slow, zero inflection and a lot of mumbling and background noise. Simply terrible.
This series was just ok for me. Not bad , not outstanding. However the first two books were read by a different narrator. She was not that great but the narrator for this one was really bad. Neither of them could do the male voice well at all. This narrator had a smarmy, weird way of doing the inflections. She made Jackson sound like a misplaced New Yorker . It was just really bad. You could stop after the first two books and be fine with the marriage and skip the last one. I hate when they change narrators during a series.
"Worst narrator! Where's narrator of books 1&2?"
As of the middle of the first chapter, I felt like I was listening to nails on a chalkboard! Why not use the narrator of the first 2 books? This one sounds like she's constantly in painful passion. And I can't tell if she's speaking a male part or female part. She's so freaking monotone I think I'd rather listen to an electronic robot! Heck even Siri sounds better than her! I'm just praying I can finish the book! So so so disappointing!
Yes, I loved this series until the first sentence of this narrator!
Every. Single. Thing. She. Uttered. Was. Awful. Monotone.....nails on a chalkboard, no gender changes, no tones of voice or expression....
I'm still trying to stomach through the narrator
Get the other narrator who did the first 2 books!
"Sick of new narrators in a established series"
Maybe but am very disappointed with her in the last book of this series I wish you could use the original narrators, this is the second time audible has done this to a great set series...PLEASE PLEASE try to stay with original narrators once a series has started!
"I COULD CRY..... A GOOD BOOK RUINED BY NARRATION"
This could easily have been a 4 star listen as it was the final book in the very enjoyable, romantic and sexy Consumed trilogy BUT, as has been said before, the narrator totally ruined it.
I just don't get it.... why spend time visualizing, writing, editing and producing what should've been a very entertaining book that had secrets, angst and a lotta loving only to then have it destroyed by the narrator. I couldn't tell who was speaking, Seth's voice, which should've been sexy, alpha and deep, sounded the same as Olivia's voice. I couldn't distinguish if things were being thought or actually said aloud and by whom. Shame on you, whoever you are that chose this narrator because you ruined this for me, for the fans and you ruined a good trilogy.... did you even listen to the book?
Worth a credit? If you're a fan of the series and you want the conclusion to Seth and Olivia's love story then you're going to get this, cringe through the listen to get to their HEA then I guess it's a barely creditworthy listen.
"Another great listen"
At first I had a hard time because of the new narrator but after a while (30-60 minutes) I didn't even notice it because the book drew me in.
This was a great ending to Seth and Olivia!
I'm bummed. I was enjoying the series so much on audio until this book. While the story continues with the heat, the angst and the twists, the narration wrecks it. Why couldn't we stick with the narrators used in the first two books? My advice is to switch to ebook for this one.
I love a book that doesn't have needless miscommunication to give it conflict. So, these books were perfect.
