All Keegan wanted was a roommate who was quiet, minded his or her own business, and paid for part of the rent. Instead she got Camden Brooks. Camden, with his sinful body, sharp tongue, and inability to stay out of Keegan's personal space, couldn't seem to curb his interest in the new girl who wouldn't put up with his domineering ways. Feelings were running rampant, sexual tension was thick, and both were struggling to let go of control. To some people, getting a roommate simply meant living with another person. But for Camden and Keegan, it was a curveball that neither was prepared to swing at.

"Not sure what was worse, storyline or narration ?!"
If it were on mute!
Was there an editor on this book??
The only reason I gave this book a 1 star is because 0 wasn't an option. I wasn't even able to finish it.. From the minute the narrator began in the worst southern accent I have ever heard, to the unfortunate character development I have ever had the displeasure of encountering, this book was a disaster! It makes me sad to think that Keegan, the "heroine" of the story could be based on anyone in real life... Her counterpart Camden, from the very beginning was cruel and verbally abusive! And she found him more attractive with every insult! There was nothing endearing about him, I am all for tall, dark, and brooding, and maybe if I could have stomached it, I would have found out why he was such an sadistic A**hole, but I just couldn't.. If I can save anyone their hard earned time and money I hope this will do it!
Would liked to have a male narrator too. Overall the performance is good. I love this story
"i could not finish it!"
The story intrigued me, what I listened to, but could only get to chapter 9. I had to stop. I am sorry to say but the narrator just ruined the story line for me. I unfortunately can't read long books due to a condition I have, but I really wish Ms.Borel that you would redue the narration. I really would like to hear the rest of the book, because I liked the characters and the story line. I probably would give this book a 4 if I could read it.
narration was southern accent for entire book. the female voices were OK but the males were very slow and made them sound brainless. overall I hope I can avoid this narrator in the future. I did not care for the slow narration.
the story was fast paced a little unpredictable. unfortunately it wasn't good enough to negate the narrator. the main character was too introspective and whined too much. I just didn't like any of the characters except for Dodger.
