Can the bad boy of Copper Ridge, Oregon, make good - and win the rodeo girl of his dreams?
Kate Garrett keeps life simple - working hard, riding her beloved horses, playing cards with her brothers. Lately, though, she feels a bit restless, especially when family friend Jack Monaghan is around. Sexy and shameless, Jack is the kind of trouble you don't tangle with unless you want your heart broken. Still, Kate could always use his help in learning how to lasso someone a little less high risk....
Jack can't pinpoint the moment the Garrett brothers' little sister suddenly stopped seeming so...little. Now here he is, giving flirting tips to the one woman who needs zero help turning him on. Love's a game he's never wanted to play. But he'll have to hurry up and learn how before the best thing that ever entered his life rides right back out again....

"Sweet and Hot!"
Even though I've listened to No 3 of the series first, I really liked it very much. A sweet love story, hot in all the right places and Lillian Thayer made it even more awesome with her wonderful narration. I mostly enjoyed the male characters (Jake of course and all Katie's brothers) and her southern Texan accent is amazing!
I hope this review was useful to you and helped your decision to read or not read this book. I love reading and sharing my opinions with other readers.
Thank you very much Maisey Yates and of course Lillian Thayer for this book!
Sweet Kate's voice was too brash for such a young girl. Found same with Cassie.
"2 for 1"
There are two stories on this audio tape : you have Jake (bad boy) & Casey (coffee shop owner). This book is second whereas it should be the first as this is the start book. Before Eli & Sadie, before Connor & Felicity. It is a really sweet story about the fact that you can never run away from you. Really good value audio book as you get 2 decent stories for the price of one.
My only complaint is the narrater sounds like she is your grandmother & her saying rude words feels some how so VERY wrong
"give it a miss"
it sounded as though they were children pretending to be grown ups - both in the narration but also the way the dialogue was written. Couldnt get past chapter three
not sure its her fault/problem wont be listening again
