Everything's bigger in Big Sky country, including the hearts of the Montana Men.
After years on the rodeo circuit, Gabe Bowden wants nothing more than land of his own and a woman who will claim his heart for more than one night. When he has the chance to buy the enormous Wolf Ranch spread, he snaps up the incredible deal. Everything is set until Gabe rescues a woman on the deserted, snowy road leading to the property, and the half-frozen beauty changes everything.
Ella Wolf rushes to her family's abandoned Montana ranch after her twin sister is murdered. She knows she's next--unless she can uncover a secret hidden somewhere at Wolf Ranch. The last thing Ella expects is to be rescued by a rugged rancher with his own agenda. A man who almost makes her forget how dangerous love can be....
As an unlikely partnership sparks into something so much more, and a killer closes in, can Ella and Gabe learn to trust one another before it's too late?

This will melt your heart with the cowboy rescuing the girl again. Scary but exciting story. Once again narration is great.
"Wonderful Heartfelt Story!"
Loved this touching story of a City Girl who loses her twin but true love helps her convict the killer which settles many family mysteries. Don't get me wrong, it's a very good romance.
"this is a fairly good story that is completely des"
this is a fairly good book that is completely destroyed by filthy disgusting language the f word being used over and over again you can't even get 10% through the book before you have to turn it off if you have any decency whatsoever I don't understand why these authors and especially female authors seem to think that the f word used over and over and hence of their story it does not it completely destroyed the store and disgusts The Listener and I cannot tell you how little I think of her
"Could not stop listening"
This book had just the right amount of mystery, romance, and suspense. I couldn't stop listening!
"Can't Beat A Montana Man!"
Jennifer Ryan filled this novel with laughter, suspense, and romance interwoven in this dramatic story of pain and loss coming full circle back to a happy ever after ending. I'm anxious for the next book in the series!
"I liked this better than Fifty Shades"
I think, several might like a 40% crime and 60% romantic story.
Lots of romantic scenes that definately suits my likes better than Fifty Shades together with a fine crime story.
The visit of Ella and Gabe to Travis' farm.
When Blake comes for at visit.
It was perfect.
I know you, City girl.
I will soon try the next book in this series.
The story wasn't bad...maybe a little cheesy, but the narrator was fairly annoying. I just really disliked the way she talked, like how she always pronounced "family" more like "fah-mly" and things like that. I didn't hate her so bad I couldn't finish, but I'll avoid listening to anything she narrates in the future.
I felt like is was reading a Lifetime Movie. Ella was way to perfect on everything she did. Became bored with this before it was over.
I have never written a bad review about a book but I just had to with this one. The overall story is good and Coleen Marlo did an okay performance but the book should have really been called "My dead sister" because that's ALL you hear about. It was so bad that I literally found myself ignoring the book once I heard "dead sister" "sister's cold lifeless body" "Sister's dead body" because it was that frequent in nature. It's even interjected into the story randomly and it places where it doesn't make sense, almost like we are being force fed the same material over and over again. The book would have been outstanding had the author put more effort into not using the dead sister as continuous page filler.
If you like Harlequin Romance you will like this book. The narrator voice is very annoying and i had a hard time finishing the book because of her. This is far from a mystery more like a cheesy love story.
