A slow, sexy drawl was all Amanda Calhoun heard when she walked into the wall of denim and muscle that was Sloan O'Riley, the architect hired to renovate her family's magnificent ancestral estate, the Towers. No-nonsense Amanda found Sloan's easygoing manner infuriating. But his irresistible smile was growing harder and harder to resist.

in the scene when Sloan questions Suzanna about Kevin
LOVE LOVE LOVED this Series
"Hated the poor accents, distracting"
The story was okay. Predictable but okay. The poor accents were distracting and I'll be sure not to get another book with this narrator again. Way too cheesy
Can't wait to hear the others Nora Roberts is an amazing author that I can't get enough of her stories.
Nora Roberts always has wonderful stories and this series is one of my favorites. The reader does a great job... Mostly. Some of the voices are a little off and some of the accents are forced. However I enjoyed listening and even laughed.
"A Man for Amanda"
Continuing the series of family, the search for the emerald necklace.love. Looking forward to the next one.
classic nora roberts romance. loved it. the narrarator did an excellent job with different voices.
I didn't like how it ended. Do they ever find the missing items or catch the man?
"Terrible imitation of Boston accent!!!"
I found listening to the narrator's fake Boston accent that sounds like the Bronx in New York extremely anoying. I have never heard anyone here speak like that. Loved the story but hated listning to it.
Would give it 5 stars if not for the narrator.
