A woman in danger
Serena Brooks is a best-selling author of erotic fiction. She knows how to write a happy ending but hasn't managed to find one of her own. Divorced and alone, she has no one to turn to when a stalker begins to threaten her life. The cops don't believe her. Her ex-husband thinks she's making the whole story up. She has no one left to turn to except a pair of hired bodyguards. They promise to guard her body, but no one can protect her heart.
Two men in search of love
Adam Miles and Jacob Dean are halves of a whole. They've spent their entire adult lives searching for the one woman who can handle them both. Adam is the playful, indulgent lover, while Jacob is the possessive, loving Dom. When Serena comes into their lives, Adam is certain that she's the one. Jacob's past comes back to haunt them all. He is suspicious of Serena's story, and his concerns are driving a wedge between him and Adam. But when the stalker strikes, they will have to come together or lose each other forever.

Endless psychobabble no man would use, relentless ruminating about sex fantasies but a total of 4(?) sex scenes in the entire book. Inadequate as a romance or as erotica.
"More cheesy then I like"
This one disappointed me a little. There were a lot of lines that annoyed me. All the characters were too insecure, for my taste. Especially for people who are supposed to be in such an alternative lifestyle; one that usually develops self-esteem. Oh well, I still enjoyed most of the story.
I have always loved Ryan West in other books but, he is not gifted in an Irish accent. It sounded pathetic, but everyone needs something to improve on.
I also that more of the sexual relationship, between the characters, should have been shared with the reader/listener. I felt like I was one the outside looking in, not living the story.
I'm not sure if I want to continue the series but I want to know what happens with a few of the characters; I guess I'll have to think on it.

This is a great series but, Audible you have to get the complete series, no one likes to start and stop? Can't wait for you guys to put the next on audible!!!!
"ADAM AND JACOB ARE MY FAVORITE CHARACTERS"
Lexi Blake has created the perfect series. You can feel the connection and comradely between all the characters. It's like you're in the room with them. They're all Dom's and Submissive's and their also x-military and x-CIA. Now they all work at a security company which also does side jobs for the CIA.
Yes...this book has detailed BDSM, action, mystery, suspense and fun. If you like this type of book you'll love this series. I have every book in the series and have listen to them several times.
Ryan West draws you in with his performance.
Absolutely worth the credit/$$.
"A Satisfying Story"
Yes because it would provide her with hours of entertainment and a satisfying story.
Book 1 of this series - "The Dom Who Loved Me" and the KGI series by Maya Brooks.
Yes. I listened to his performance in the Dom Who Loved Me. I enjoyed both books. I like his narration style.
Yes, but since it's 14 hours long, I couldn't.
HOT! HOT!HOT! I love this series, and Ryan does a great job bringing the story to life. I can't wait til the next one comes out.
Loved it. the characters are a little typical but still a good book
"Love the story, not the narrator"
Ryan West uses a lot of the same dramatic emphasis as William Shatner. Not my first pick for erotic stories. Thankfully, even he can't ruin the lovely tale Lexi Blake brings forward. I love the story, but will skip any more tellings by Mr. West.
"At least the ending was good."
What a let down after the first book. Yes the story did have a HEA but that was about it. After the first book I was Really looking forward to this one promising a ménage relationship but it didn't happen till the very end, the majority of the story was talking about ménage and a lot of angst born of stupidity. This book did not give you the "feel good" feeling so unless you get this book on sale, you will feel ripped off.
Ok I like the book; It's a very good book and is very well written but... I'm not the type of person that is into Minaj. One is enough for me. I read/ listen to one of her other books too and the author really likes one woman fall in love with/ f**k two or more men and if that's not something that you're into then I suggest you don't read it.
