In New York, literary agent Isabel Reed is turning the final pages of an anonymous manuscript. In Copenhagen, CIA operative Hayden Gray is suddenly staring down the barrel of a gun. And in Zurich, the author himself is hiding in a shadowy expat life.
Over the course of one long, perilous day, these lives collide as the book begins its dangerous march toward publication, placing everything at risk - and everyone in mortal peril.

"Bristling with suspense and elegantly crafted." (Patricia Cornwell)
"Smart, clever suspense, skillfully plotted… a lot of fun to read." (John Grisham)
I'm usually very tolerant with books and struggle to the end . However , I didn't make it past chapter 3 .
if you can cope with 3 to 4 adjectives prior to an action or verb , person or place ? then this is your book .
And no , it wasn't descriptive ... more unnecessary .
"Dull dull dull"
I found the story very dull. The constant shifts between characters made it difficult to keep up with which character any particular part of the story related to. I gave up caring, guessed the main plot twist early on and only finished the book because I'd darn well paid for it.
