Story
Ex-Special Forces operator Tom Keeler is a rambling man. He’s just passing through the town of Alencourt, France, and in less than an hour, someone tries to kill him. Nice place, nice try. But it’s a case of mistaken identity, and they picked the wrong guy. The French police can’t be trusted, except for the beautiful Cecile Nazari. She finds out fast that keeping up with Keeler is a dangerous occupation. Because someone’s preying on the weak and unprotected. Someone murderous. But they never counted on coming up against a guy like Keeler.

Worst narration ever
After some 120 audio books this has to be the worst narration. Complete inability to add value to the listener rather than reading the book - the emotion or suspense of any scene was lost in his two tone style. Also his atypical pronunciation of certain words left me focussing on the absurdity of the narration rather than the story. It was sooooo bad I almost gave up - only the fact that it was another great Mitch Rapp kept me going to the end.

Great story, Terrible Narrator
I usually take reviews with a pinch of salt as everyone has a different opinion. But I am in concurrence with every review, the worst story telling ever. Did they use a voice over? Missed pronunciations, high pitched voice. Terrible.

Worst one so far.
I have never fast forwarded an audible book so much. Drags on with continued conversation when questioning (for answers) and it's never ending.

Rapp does it again!
Loved the continuing adventures of Rapp but am majorly put off by his so called girlfriend. I found her extremely grating and just a tad bullying disguised as determination.
The storyline was exciting and had lots of on the edge moments.
Will definitely be reading the next one in hopes the girlfriend is no longer an item

Great story Separation of Power
Very entertaining and a great story but felt the narrator was very very poor,he seems to be very limited with his range of voices for his characters.

An unfortunate step in the series
Besides being overly dramatic in content, Ken’s Reading was very poor and I was just glad to get to the end.
Truly painful to listen to

Another great story, but bad narrator.
What didn’t you like about Ken Kliban’s performance?
I love this series, but this narrator is terrible. The way he does the character voices of Mitch and Anna are horrible, as he always speaks in a clipped, high pitch, argumentative manner which is not how the characters talk to each other. It got to the stage where every time Mitch and Anna were together I'd cringe. Not sure if I can listen to any more books from this series if he is the narrator.

Whiney Narrator
While the story line was to the usual high standard the narrator made all the characters sound like sniveling spineless individuals.

Interesting story, but read by C3P0
An interesting storyline, with good intrigue. Good balance of storyline to keep both sides of the story moving along. Some of the dialogue is unrealistic but ok. The narrator is terrible and spoils the dialogue. Was hard to get through to the end because the reading was so robotic.
