June Whitfield stars as Miss Marple in three brand-new BBC Radio 4 dramatisations.
The short stories on which the adaptations are based were published in a variety of magazines during Agatha Christie's lifetime and then collected posthumously as the audiobook Miss Marple's Final Cases.

An entertaining collection of stories, well layed out and cleverly dramatized. All the voices were great. Only complaint is it was shorter than I expected.
Yes. I didn't know BBC planned to do any more of these books. I was so excited that June Whitfield is still Marple. Perfect!
I've listened to all of her works.
The stories themselves are quick and rather dull, but the beauty of radio plays and familiarity of June Whitfield made it worth the purchase.
"I love all of her work."
I have been reading Christie since high school, and I still love her . can't get enough of her work.
if you like Miss Marple you will love this! Really enjoyable and well done.
"Glad they have done another Marple dramatisation"
Although June Whitfield's performance is more subdued in this dramatisation , we have to consider that these are indeed Miss Marple's final cases and she's not getting any younger ( both the character and the performer ) ! I always think of June Whitfield as Miss Marple in the BBC dramatisations , so I was very happy that she was able to do these Final Cases . My only complaint is the dramatisations were very short but then I went on to listen to Miss Marple's Final Cases as read by Joan Hickson and each story was quite short as well . Miss Marple is my favourite Agatha Christie character and I thought this dramatisation was terrific .
Has a really good plot and is so nice to sit and listen to. June Whitfield is so soothing whilst she rears and it is my favourite audible book.
"Too sugary Sweet Not Up To Standard"
Very disappointing and not worth the £11.63 Pre Order. These productions do not have the Agatha Christie gumption that all of the other full casts and short stories have and I have every Agatha dramatisation available on sale and online.
The acting by June Whitfield is far too soft and sugary, almost left an
an un pleasant un natural sweetener after taste. I will keep these as I
have paid and listened, but I will not pre order again until I have listened
to the taster and this tastes awful!
