    "Smart Mystery"

Hill writes with depth and clarity. His characters come alive because of his ability to describe multi-facet personalities. His mysteries are complex, well written and in the end, satisfying.

    "Ah, Reginald!"

Pascoe and Dalziel are always such an readable pair, and when Colin Buchanan narrates, they can't be beat. I wish Audible would release (in some cases, re-release) more of their stories, and they SHOULD ALL BE READ BY COLIN BUCHANAN. As in, do us all a favor and retire the ones read by Brian Glover.

Good story, great reader - what more can you ask for? I wish it had lasted longer. While the case being investigated is disturbing, the writing is so good that I laughed out loud in a couple of places. If only all audiobooks were so enjoyable.
