    What made the experience of listening to Ridiculous Customer Complaints the most enjoyable?

    The person who read the book really made you think you were there listening to these silly people.


    What did you like best about this story?

    The segment with the airline pilots.


    What about Richard Frances’s performance did you like?

    He made you laugh at the incidents in the book.

    I fly a lot and the stories are so true, the airline employees are so entertaining that you think your at the comedy club. It makes flying such a great experience. I've laughed so hard on one Southwest flight I could barely catch my breath. Entertaining at its best!!
