Meaningful but stagnating

Overall the book has good content, it's really something you should try to consider and take your time processing. Depending on your taste, perhaps words like "doth, hath, est, and he'eth" can become repetitive. And the sentences can become...superfluous? overdone? Marcus used a lot of commas instead of full stops. But Seriously, it is a good book and I do recommend it for someone who is patient and truly curious upon the art.

Fantastic Read..

Rediscovering my guidance of stoicism obviously meditations by Marcus Aurelius was a first to reach refresher. You will find many wise words within.

However, the Narration of this version while the voice suited someone like Marcus Inner voice perfectly, the pace of reading felt a little rushed.

A philosopher for our times

Marcus Aurelius’ landmark philosophical text, espousing his own brand of stoicism emphasising justice, honesty, charity, and above all, self-control and personal reflection.

Superb British narration makes this the ideal version to listen to.
