Book out of order

The chapters of his book were out of order. When I told audible books about it they asked for details as to what was out of order. I gave them general details but they continued to ask for more- essentially requiring me to listen to the entire book (out of order) and noting each one. It was so tiresome I eventually gave up. I quit my subscription with Audible too.
