If you actually listen to this book ,you will learn more about sells then all other sell books put together.
Zig gives you the mindset of a good salesman better than any I've come across so far. Only problem is that this wasn't assembled carefully. Some material repeats, and Tom's little additions are inserted without any connection to the surrounding material. It would be great with half-decent editing.

Fascinating audio program. It was recommended by Seth Godin, and I figured anything good enough for Seth is good enough for me. I wasn't disappointed at all, except to learn (after a Google search) that the clothier salesman from Fort Madison, Iowa, sold his store in 2006 and it went out of business in 2015. I'd have considered buying a suit from him based on Mr. Ziglar's stories and recommendation.
