I would purchase an abridged version if they had one
This book contains some great information and is very helpful, but it's very in depth and I found it to be quite overwhelming. The information is excellent and the performance by the narrator very good as well. It's the type of book you have to break up into small chunks. Unfortunately, I found that it was difficult to convince myself to listen to again due to my perceptions.
I still recommend it. Just be aware that you might take a while to get through it.
