What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

More solid content and coverage of management theories. Keeps talking about self-evident things, I would not recommend this to anyone with even a basic understanding of businesses.

Would you ever listen to anything by Allan R. Cohen again?

    Maybe

What didn’t you like about David Ackroyd’s performance?

    He was ok.

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

    Disappointment
